The Apple Cinnamon Rose is our slightly sweetened yeast dough intertwined with a lovely mixture of fresh apple butter which includes hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. The soft, chewy texture of the bread and the moderately sweet and tartness of the apple butter create a delightful contrast of flavors. The golden brown crust is then topped with a made from scratch vanilla molasses glaze.
