Refund policy
As a micro-bakery we pride ourselves in offering fresh goods that are delivered to customers' homes within a few hours of preparation. While we don't accept returns, if something is not right with your order we encourage you to contact us at bakingupalegacy@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. This ensure we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note customers are responsible for picking up their baked goods from the address disclosed at checkout. Baking Legacy Company is not responsible if a customer forgets to retrieve their order or if goods are stolen.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns on our products.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business we do not accept exchanges on our products.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
